Kevin Olson is a very nice plumber. He explained to me the problem, and the fix for today and permanent fix for the future. After his service, there was no mess in my house, not even a bad odor from the clogged kitchen pipe. Definitely will recommend to my friend about him.

When the Buderus boiler conks out, it's always a bit of a crisis. Why is there no heat or hot water? Advanced Energy (Vicki) always comes through on week days. I never call on weekends, though I'm told there is emergency service. $364/year.
