Ken was friend and competent as always. He did what needed to be done quickly and efficiently. You guys are a bit pricey, but you do good work so no complaints from me. I was surprised that you replaced that same actuator not two years ago. I as told then and again now, that they are supposed to last about ten years. What gives? Rudy
