Bruce Holbrook was professional, diligent, courteous, efficient, and attentive to detail. He has provided other plumbing services for us in the past and has always been great to work with. Whenever we have plumbing needs, we always call Advanced Energy Concepts and ask for Bruce. We've never been disappointed.

Ken has serviced our airhandler, heat pump and boiler since they were installed and has always done a great job. He listens when I have a question and provides a clear explanation and has on occasion given me some useful DIY information.

Tech verbally noted too my wife two issues that had to be repaired on our furnace "immediately" apparently. Yet when I called to find out what the issues we're, so I can have them taken care of, there we're no notes in the report. I asked the receptionist multiple times if she could find out for me, never heard back! I placed another service call through "Pivotal Solutions". and they assured me that "advanced Energy Concepts" would contact me and take care of the issues, that didn't happen either! Never again!

Dave was on time, extremely efficient, courteous and finished very quickly.

Only negative: arrived after the promised 10 a,m.-noon window, but it worked out OK anyway.
