service dept resolved boiler problem very professionally however, i am still awaiting word about massave rebate on my mini splits installed last January i have inquired twice in last month no response

Ken the technician came promptly as scheduled (8 AM). Cleaned and serviced my Buderus boiler fully. Preventive maintenance pays off in the long run. The service contract runs throughout the next year. I'm always well served by Advanced Energy.

Ken from AEC was courteous and thorough. AEC’s staff always does a great job. On the other hand, Pivotal’s service plan price increase this year is terrible.
