Ken was fantastic. He is clearly knowledgeable and competent, but his thorough work in checking all issues really helped my confidence in his work. He found the problem quickly and explained it clearly ensuring I knew what to look for moving forward. Great workers are sometimes hard to find but he is terrific. I was totally satisfied and appreciate his skill and kindness. He is a gift….I am grateful for his fine work!
